| "Natural Born Stanley" Premiered on December 19, 1997 and in 2001 it was decided to go back Clean up, Restore, and Re-Edit the movie. With Moviegod Production Entertainment's Move from its old Florida Studios to its new, more enhanced and Digital Studios in Los Angeles came the idea to really go back and rework the movie.
The first step in the creating the Special Edition was restoring the original footage, which time had a nasty effect on. Moviegod Productions Entertainment had to open two new divisions "Stanley Digital Sound" and "SES Digital" (Named after the Puppets Stanley Seally and Eddie from "Stanley 2 - The Legacy") "SES Digital" in charge of restoring
and remastering the Video and Optical part of the film. Moviegod Productions Entertainment created a partnership with Chris
Roth Productions and with more facilities at Chris Roth Studios
the restoration and remastering of the original film began.

| One of the Key sequences that needed to be Shot was the "Stanley Attack Scene" that takes place after Stanley escapes and goes on a wild feeding frenzy, in the original movie it was a series of clips of Stanley running around in Bushes, but now in the Special Collector's Edition rerelease of it we see the scenes as they where originally writen. Some new actors and extras where hired to participate in the new footage for Special Edition, such actors as Scott Claudel and Calvin Frederick Attack Scene 1- (Victim # 2)
Attack Scene 2- (Victim # 3) Two other Sequences needed a touch up, so new shots where filmed to fill in the wholes like the "Constructing Stanley" scene in which the character Jack with the help of Quasimodo, make Stanley The other Scene was the one in which Stanley after getting loose and killing, steals Jack's Car and goes around the country traveling, site seeing and looking for trouble going to places like Hollywood Blvd., The Santa Monica Pier, and more. There are other Scenes that where shot to fill in the Gaps here and there in the Entire Movie and the final scene that was Restored is the "Girlfriend Dumping" scene that was Deleted from the Original version in which Jack gets dumped by his Girlfriend "Stephanie" played by then real time girlfriend Stephanie Wilkinson. Adding to the reasons of why he creates the puppet for revenge, the scene is finally back in the Special Collector's Edition.
