The house used in Natural Born Stanley and the Sequel "Stanley 2 - The Legacy is located on 501 92nd Ave N St. Petersburg, FL 33713 and in reality it is a duplex with another house attached to the right side, it has a small porch in the back, where most of the "Making Stanley" scenes where shot, its a two bedroom one bath and is still standing.
The Subway Scene was shot for the Special Edition and it was filmed on location at the Hollywood & Highland Metro Subway Station in Los Angeles California.

When Mateo goes Hunting for Stanley he is running in an alley which is located next to the house on 501 92nd Ave N

When Stanley runs away he is seen in many famous places, like the Santa Monica Pier in Santa Monica Beach in California.

 

 

Stanley also visits other very famous places like The Hollywood Sign, Hollywood Blvd.'s The Walk of Fame, The Graumans Chinese Theatre, and Stanley even compares his hands on Steven Spielberg's Hand Prints.
